Since 1916, charitable gifts have helped Charlotte Hungerford Hospital provide the highest quality of accessible and equitable healthcare to Northwest Connecticut. A major component of that care is ensuring that when you or a loved one are with us, that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Patients are likely to recover more quickly when we can better ease their pain and emotional and physical distress.

This fund provides our patients and their visitors with the amenities needed for a safe and comfortable hospital stay—including mattresses, blankets, wheelchairs, mobility aids, patient reclining chairs, and more. Your generous gift will support patient comfort and healing.
