Support Dani the Therapy Dog as she cares for traumatized children
Dani the Therapy Dog—one of our hospital’s most popular caregivers—is a Portuguese Water Dog specifically trained to provide stress release, reassurance, and comfort to children in our care during individual and group therapy sessions, forensic interviews, forensic medical exams, court testimonies, and community events. Additionally, she provides comfort to hospital colleagues who regularly oversee emotionally challenging cases.
